All DARE products are produced at our own manufacture in St. Petersburg, Russia, this allows us to control the quality of our products at every stage of the process.
We manually check every detail for defects, this allows us to almost completely eliminate the possibility of occurring of any problem.
However, we understand that there may be factors that are not always possible to control — different batches of materials, doesn’t matter if it’s aluminum either polymer, heat treatment modes, and etc.
Exactly for such cases we provide one year warranty.
What is covered by this warranty?
The whole range of manufacturing defects is a warranty case.
- Sprockets - discrepancy with the declared shapes and sizes, for example, when a new bmx standard chain does not fit on a new sprocket.
- Bars- discrepancy with the declared shapes and sizes, breakdowns at the welding site.

Stems - discrepancy with the declared shapes and sizes, defects of threaded joints.
- Pegs - discrepancy with the declared shapes and sizes, cracks in the core structure.
- Protection - defects of the cut and discrepancy with the declared shapes and sizes.
